Paying contributors, sponsoring projects, and more: ESLint's 2022 spending plan

When ESLint first started accepting donations, we weren't quite sure how to fairly distribute the proceeds. Now, three years into accepting donations, we've settled on a plan for how to use our funds for the betterment of the ESLint project and ecosystem.
